Publishers
  1. Definitions - Publisher : who register Publisher account to display Adgoi Ads on their Site/App/Display. Site/App : Website/desktop, mobile site/app where Publisher displays AdsLive Ads.
  2. Payment schedule is 60 days, but still Payment is subject to collection from advertisers. Payment will credit into your account after 60 days from activity month.
  3. AdsLive not allow run ads on data/sites/app which include ( porn, copyright, morally questionable, illegal, illegal drugs promotion, racism, provocative political, provocative religious, malware or virus, fraudulent or suspicious ). If any illegal activity detected, Publisher account will be terminated without any notification, All the unpaid revenue/payment will be blocked.
  4. Approval : Publisher sites/app subject to approval from backend team, approval depends on quality of content.
  5. Fraud Activity : If any fruad activity detected, Publisher account will be terminated without any notification, All the unpaid revenue will be blocked. Pending payments will be cancelled.
  6. Revenue into dashbroad still subject to validation on credit time on payment.
  7. If any invalid/fruad details found into account/payment profile, AdsLive has right to block payment and terminate publisher account without any notification.
  8. If any client found abusing/misbehaving AdsLive Team members, AdsLive has right to disable publisher account and legal action can be taken.


Advertisers
  1. DEFINITIONS - Advertisers : who signs up with Adgoi for advertising account to buying traffic, Ads : Refers to advertisement creatives/href that are served by Adgoi such as : banners,video ads,text-lnks,popup, Cost : Spent to display ads on sites through Adgoi network, cost model may be different CPC,CPM,CPI,CPA,CPV.
  2. "Ad" means any advertisement provided by Agency on behalf of an Advertiser.
  3. "Advertiser" means the advertiser for which Agency is the agent under an applicable IO.
  4. "Advertising Materials" means artwork, copy, or active URLs for Ads.
  5. "CPA Deliverables" means Deliverables sold on a cost per acquisition basis.
  6. "CPC Deliverables" means Deliverables sold on a cost per click basis.
  7. "CPL Deliverables" means Deliverables sold on a cost per lead basis.
  8. "CPM Deliverables" means Deliverables sold on a cost per thousand impression basis.
  9. "Deliverable" or "Deliverables" means the inventory delivered by Media Company (e.g., impressions, clicks, or other desired actions).
